Pequot Lakes Patriots (Pequot Lakes, MN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Mora Mustangs (Mora, MN), 72-44 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Pequot Lakes upgrades its record to 16-4 on the season. The Patriots host Milaca (Milaca, MN) to play the Wolves in a AA Section 6 bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 3-17. Milaca lost 68-52 in their recent league bout against Pierz (Pierz, MN)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Little Falls Flyers (Little Falls, MN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Mora will attempt to upgrade on its 11-9 season record. The Flyers go into the bout with a 12-9 record after their 69-53 league loss to Willmar (Willmar, MN).
