The Morgan County Cougars (West Liberty, KY) basketball crushed the visiting West Carter Comets (Olive Hill, KY), 75-53 in Friday's league test.
The Cougars (15-6) will now prepare for their test against Greenup County (Greenup, KY). The Musketeers go into the non-league test with a 14-11 record.
The Comets now own a 7-15 record. They play next when they host Rowan County for a non-league test on Saturday, February 10. West Carter will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 65-30 league win over Bath County (Owingsville, KY). The Vikings record now stands at 16-8.
