Indiana High School Basketball - Oldenburg Academy fells Union County

February 9, 2024: Oldenburg, IN 47036

Oldenburg Academy Twisters (Oldenburg, IN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Union County Patriots (Liberty, IN), 62-52 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Oldenburg Academy upgrades its record to 8-9 on the season. The Twisters travel to Hauser (Hope, IN) to play the Jets in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 10. The Jets go into the bout with a record of 14-5. Hauser won 68-32 in their recent non-league bout against Jac-Cen-Del (Osgood, IN)

Next up, the Patriots play the Union City Indians (Union City, IN) in a Tri-Eastern bout, on Friday, February 16. Union County will attempt to upgrade on its 8-11 season record.
