The United South Central Rebels basketball team (Wells, MN), was toppled 57-47 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Waterville-Elysian-Morristown Buccaneers (Waterville, MN)
The Buccaneers now possess a 12-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central for a AA Section 2 battle on Tuesday, February 13. Waterville-Elysian-Morristown will confront a Raiders team coming off a 61-59 non-league loss to Cloquet (Cloquet, MN). The Raiders record now stands at 7-17.
The Rebels (12-11) will now prepare for their battle against Waseca (Waseca, MN). The Bluejays come into the non-league battle with a 13-8 record. In their last battle, Waseca beat St. James (St. James, MN), 80-61, in a non-league battle.
