Stevenson Spartans (Livonia, MI) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Belleville Tigers (Belleville, MI), 60-40 in a league bout.

With the victory, Stevenson upgrades its record to 15-3 on the campaign. The Spartans host Franklin (Livonia, MI) to play the Patriots in a bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Patriots come into the bout with a record of 5-8. Franklin won 50-39 in their recent non-league bout against Wayne Memorial (Wayne, MI)

Next up, the Tigers play the Wayne Memorial Zebras (Wayne, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Belleville will attempt to upgrade on its 14-2 season record.
