Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Northeast Vernon County Knights (Walker, MO) and the visiting Bronaugh Wildcats (Bronaugh, MO), saw Northeast Vernon County's basketball squad wallop Bronaugh by a count of 55-31.

With the victory, Northeast Vernon County upgrades its record to 10-7 on the campaign. The Knights host Sheldon (Sheldon, MO) to play the Panthers in a Golden Valley Vernon challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 7-16. Sheldon lost 62-12 in their recent league challenge against Hume (Hume, MO)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Dadeville Bearcats (Dadeville, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 12. Bronaugh will attempt to upgrade on its 3-19 season record.
