Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Calloway County Lakers (Murray, KY) and the visiting Marshall County Marshals (Benton, KY), saw Calloway County's basketball squad overcome Marshall County by a tally of 57-40.

With the victory, Calloway County improves its record to 21-5 on the campaign. The Lakers travel to Mayfield (Mayfield, KY) to confront the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 13-8. Mayfield lost 56-40 in their recent non-league challenge against Marshall County (Benton, KY)
