In Friday's non-league outing, the Our Lady of the Lakes Lakers (Waterford, MI) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Detroit Cristo Rey WOLVES (Detroit, MI), by a margin of 43-17.

The Lakers (9-4) will now prepare for their outing against Cardinal Mooney Catholic (Marine City, MI). The Cardinals go into the non-league outing with a 9-8 record. In their last outing, Cardinal Mooney Catholic was trounced by Academy of the Sacred Heart (Bloomfield Hills, MI), 40-23, in a league outing.

The WOLVES now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Austin Catholic for a Catholic Intersectional II outing on Tuesday, February 13.
