North Carolina High School Basketball - East Chapel Hill knocked off by Hillside

February 9, 2024: Chapel Hill, NC 27514

The Hillside Hornets basketball team scored 67 points and held the host East Chapel Hill Wildcats to 52 in the Hornets league triumph on Friday.

The Hornets now sport a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chapel Hill for a 4A DAC contest on Tuesday, February 13. Hillside will meet a Tigers team coming off a 81-13 league win over Northern Durham (Durham, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 18-4.

The Wildcats (9-13) will now prepare for their contest against Riverside-Durham (Durham, NC). The Pirates enter the 4A DAC contest with a 4-17 record.
