Virginia High School Basketball - Grayson County overwhelmed by Galax

The Galax Maroon Tide basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the visiting Grayson County Blue Devils to 21 in the Maroon Tide league victory on Friday.

The Maroon Tide now sport a 14-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Chiswell for a Mountain Empire contest on Tuesday, February 13. Galax will battle a Pioneers team coming off a 71-24 league win over Giles (Pearisburg, VA). The Pioneers record now stands at 19-4.
