The Marion County Red Raiders (Guin, AL) basketball nipped the visiting Hackleburg Panthers (Hackleburg, AL), 44-43 in Friday's non-league test.
The Red Raiders (14-14) will now prepare for their test against Shoals Christian (Florence, AL). The Flame go into the non-league test with a 22-7 record. In their last test, Shoals Christian got by Sumiton Christian (Sumiton, AL), 58-45, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 17-9 record.
