The Madison East Purgolders basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Janesville Parker Vikings to 45 in the Purgolders league triumph on Friday.

The Purgolders now sport a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Verona for a Big Eight contest on Wednesday, February 14.

The Vikings (4-20) will now prepare for their contest against Middleton (Middleton, WI). The Cardinals enter the Big Eight contest with a 4-19 record. In their last contest, Middleton was routed by Sun Prairie West (Sun Prairie, WI), 48-34, in a league contest.
