Manhattan Indians (Manhattan, KS) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Junction City Bluejays (Junction City, KS), 61-18 in a league bout.

With the win, Manhattan upgrades its record to 13-8 on the season. The Indians host Emporia (Emporia, KS) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 14-1. Emporia won 57-27 in their recent non-league bout against Topeka (Topeka, KS)
