Minnesota High School Basketball - Owatonna thwarts Mankato East

The Owatonna Huskies (Owatonna, MN) basketball knocked off the visiting Mankato East Cougars (Mankato, MN), 57-45 in Friday's non-league test.
The Huskies (12-11) will now prepare for their test against Century (Rochester, MN). The Panthers go into the AAAA Section 1 test with a 12-10 record. In their last test, Century notched a victory over Albert Lea (Albert Lea, MN), 74-28, in a non-league test.
The Cougars now own a 15-7 record. They play next when they host Faribault for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 13.
