With the victory, Neuse Charter improves its record to 12-12 on the campaign. The Cougars host Lakewood (Roseboro, NC) to confront the Leopards in a 1A Carolina challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Leopards come into the challenge with a record of 8-10. Lakewood won 59-19 in their recent league challenge against Hobbton (Newton Grove, NC)

Next up, the Eagles confront the North Duplin Rebels (Calypso, NC) in a 1A Carolina challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. Rosewood will attempt to improve on its 6-16 season record. The Rebels come into the challenge with a 13-7 record after their 43-39 league loss to Union (Rose Hill, NC).
