Fans at Friday's league challenge between the North Iredell Raiders (Olin, NC) and the host Statesville Greyhounds (Statesville, NC), saw North Iredell's basketball squad wallop Statesville by a tally of 63-15.

With the victory, North Iredell improves its record to 16-6 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to East Lincoln (Denver, NC) to play the Mustangs in a 3A Western Foothills challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 21-1. East Lincoln won 72-53 in their recent league challenge against St. Stephens (Hickory, NC)

Next up, the Greyhounds play the St. Stephens Indians (Hickory, NC) in a 3A Western Foothills challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. Statesville will attempt to improve on its 2-19 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 13-9 record after their 72-53 league loss to East Lincoln (Denver, NC).
