The Sullivan County Griffins basketball team (Laporte, PA), dropped 31-12 in Friday's league battle with the host Northwest Area Rangers (Shickshinny, PA)
The Rangers now sport a 12-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Millville for a Mid-Penn - D4 battle on Tuesday, February 13. Northwest Area will battle a Quakers team coming off a 47-16 league win over Sullivan County (Laporte, PA). The Quakers record now stands at 10-10.
The Griffins (4-13) will now prepare for their battle against South Williamsport (South Williamsport, PA). The Mountaineers come into the Mid-Penn - D4 battle with a 6-14 record. In their last battle, South Williamsport dropped by Neumann Regional Academy (Williamsport, PA), 50-37, in a league battle.
