The South Laurel Cardinals (London, KY) basketball crushed the visiting Williamsburg Yellowjackets (Williamsburg, KY), 67-10 in Friday's league test.
The Cardinals (17-9) will now prepare for their test against Pikeville (Pikeville, KY). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 19-4 record. In their last test, Pikeville was trounced by Corbin (Corbin, KY), 61-51, in a non-league test.
The Yellowjackets now own a 5-17 record. They play next when they travel to Paris for a non-league test on Saturday, February 10. Williamsburg will encounter a Greyhounds squad coming off a 60-24 league loss to Montgomery County (Mt. Sterling, KY). The Greyhounds record now stands at 5-17.
