Vienna Eagles (Vienna, MO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Viburnum Blue Jays (Viburnum, MO), 66-26 in a league bout.

With the win, Vienna upgrades its record to 11-9 on the season. The Eagles travel to Cuba (Cuba, MO) to play the Wildcats in a Gasconade Valley bout on Monday, February 12. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 16-6. Cuba won 61-22 in their recent league bout against Bourbon (Bourbon, MO)

Next up, the Blue Jays play the Lesterville Bearcats (Lesterville, MO) in a bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Viburnum will attempt to upgrade on its 10-14 season record. The Bearcats go into the bout with a 9-11 record after their 63-56 league loss to Meadow Heights (Patton, MO).
