Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy Ospreys (Moneta, VA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Christian Heritage Academy Knights (Rocky Mount, VA), 27-12 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy upgrades its record to 12-0 on the season. The Ospreys travel to Westover Christian Academy (Danville, VA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 10. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 10-4. Westover Christian Academy won 15-13 in their recent non-league bout against Timberlake Christian (Forest, VA)
