The Grimsley Whirlies (Greensboro, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Page Pirates (Greensboro, NC), 48-24 in Friday's non-league test.
The Whirlies (10-3) will now prepare for their test against Southwest Guilford (High Point, NC). The Cowboys go into the non-league test with a 3-13 record. In their last test, Southwest Guilford walloped Uwharrie Charter (Asheboro, NC), 15-14, in a non-league test.
The Pirates now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they host Northern Guilford for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 13.
