Wakefield Wolverines (Raleigh, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Wake Forest Cougars (Wake Forest, NC), 43-20 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Wakefield upgrades its record to 15-1 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Knightdale (Knightdale, NC) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 12-7.

Next up, the Cougars play the Millbrook Wildcats (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Wake Forest will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record.
