The crowd at Friday's league test between the Azle Hornets (Azle, TX) and the visiting Saginaw Rough Riders (Saginaw, TX), saw Azle's soccer squad get by Saginaw by a margin of 1-0.

The Hornets now sport a 10-3 record. They play next when they travel to Aledo for a 5A Region 1 District 5 test on Tuesday, February 13. Azle will meet a Bearcats squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Brewer (Fort Worth, TX). The Bearcats record now stands at 5-5.

With the loss, Saginaw drops to 5-4 on the season. The Rough riders travel to Northwest (Justin, TX) to meet the Texans in a 5A Region 1 District 5 test on Tuesday, February 20. The Texans come into the test with a record of 3-8.
