Texas High School Soccer - Manvel overwhelmed by Friendswood

The crowd at Friday's league test between the Friendswood Mustangs (Friendswood, TX) and the host Manvel Mavericks (Manvel, TX), saw Friendswood's soccer squad triumph over Manvel by a margin of 7-1.

The Mustangs now sport a 12-2 record. They play next when they host La Porte for a 5A Region 3 District 18 test on Tuesday, February 13. Friendswood will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 1-1 league Angleton (Angleton, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-10.

With the loss, Manvel drops to 5-6 on the season. The Mavericks travel to Santa Fe (Santa Fe, TX) to meet the Indians in a 5A Region 3 District 18 test on Tuesday, February 13. The Indians come into the test with a record of 7-3.
