The South Iredell Vikings (Statesville, NC) basketball nipped the host A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC), 2-0 in Friday's league test.
The Vikings (7-12) will now prepare for their test against Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 8-4 record.
The Wonders now own a 4-11 record. They play next when they travel to Mooresville for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 13. A.L. Brown will encounter a Blue Devils squad coming off a 37-29 non-league loss to West Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 13-4.
