Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Panther Creek Catamounts (Cary, NC), 61-56 in a league bout.

With the win, Apex Friendship upgrades its record to 18-3 on the season. The Patriots travel to Cary (Cary, NC) to clash with the Imps in a bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Imps go into the bout with a record of 5-15.

Next up, the Catamounts clash with the Holly Springs Golden Hawks (Holly Springs, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Panther Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 14-6 season record.
