The Brookside Cardinals (Sheffield, OH) basketball crushed the host Wellington Dukes (Wellington, OH), 63-38 in Friday's league test.
The Cardinals (13-6) will now prepare for their test against Berea-Midpark (Berea, OH). The Titans go into the non-league test with a 15-2 record. In their last test, Berea-Midpark walloped North Ridgeville (North Ridgeville, OH), 53-45, in a non-league test.
The Dukes now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Northwestern for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 13.
