North Carolina High School Basketball - Polk County knocked off by Chase

The Chase Trojans basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting Polk County Wolverines to 32 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Friday.
The Trojans now sport a 2-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Patton for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 13. Chase will battle a Panthers team coming off a 54-34 non-league win over Brevard (Brevard, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 9-5.
The Wolverines (1-12) will now prepare for their contest against East Rutherford (Forest City, NC). The Cavaliers enter the non-league contest with a 13-6 record. In their last contest, East Rutherford ran past R-S Central (Rutherfordton, NC), 67-23, in a non-league contest.
