Ohio High School Basketball - Clay can't hold off Southview

The Southview Cougars basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the host Clay Eagles to 41 in the Cougars non-league victory on Friday.
The Cougars now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Napoleon for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 13. Southview will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 40-28 non-league loss to Archbold (Archbold, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-2.
With the defeat, Clay moves to 8-10 on the year. The Eagles host Ross (Fremont, OH) to meet the Little Giants in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 13. The Little Giants enter the match with a record of 5-11.
