Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Community School of Davidson Spartans (Davidson, NC) and the visiting Langtree Charter Lions (Mooresville, NC), saw Community School of Davidson's basketball squad wallop Langtree Charter by a count of 70-40.

With the victory, Community School of Davidson upgrades its record to 10-8 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC) to play the Pride in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 16. The Pride come into the challenge with a record of 16-6. Pine Lake Prep won 64-38 in their recent league challenge against Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC)

Next up, the Lions play the Christ the King Crusaders (Huntersville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 16. Langtree Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 4-16 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 10-8 record after their 69-46 non-league win over Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC).
