North Carolina High School Basketball - West Lincoln ripped by Newton-Conover

The Newton-Conover Red Devils basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting West Lincoln Rebels to 29 in the Red Devils non-league triumph on Friday.

The Red Devils now sport a 15-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bunker Hill for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 13. Newton-Conover will battle a Bears team coming off a 50-31 league loss to East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC). The Bears record now stands at 2-12.

The Rebels (1-18) will now prepare for their contest against East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC). The Cavaliers enter the non-league contest with a 6-13 record. In their last contest, East Burke triumphed over Bunker Hill (Claremont, NC), 50-31, in a league contest.
