The Northwest Halifax Vikings basketball team (Littleton, NC), dropped 51-41 in Friday's league battle with the host North Edgecombe Warriors (Tarboro, NC)
The Warriors now sport a 3-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northampton County for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 13. North Edgecombe will battle a Jaguars team coming off a 68-25 non-league loss to Southeast Halifax (Halifax, NC). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-18.
The Vikings (5-13) will now prepare for their battle against KIPP Pride (Gaston, NC). The Pride come into the battle with a 4-11 record. In their last battle, KIPP Pride prevailed over Rocky Mount Prep (Rocky Mount, NC), 67-53, in a league battle.
