North Carolina High School Basketball - St. Pauls can't hold off West Bladen

The West Bladen Knights basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the host St. Pauls Bulldogs to 40 in the Knights non-league victory on Friday.
The Knights now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fairmont for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 13. West Bladen will battle a Golden Tornadoes team coming off a 46-39 league win over Red Springs (Red Springs, NC). The Golden Tornadoes record now stands at 13-1.
The Bulldogs (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Clinton (Clinton, NC). The Dark Horses come into the non-league contest with a 9-9 record. In their last contest, Clinton edged Midway (Dunn, NC), 44-32, in a non-league contest.
