Gainesville Leopards (Gainesville, TX) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Aubrey Chaparrals (Aubrey, TX), 4-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Leopards face the Celina Bobcats (Celina, TX) in a 4A Region 2 District 11 challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. Gainesville will attempt to better on its 9-2 season record. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a 11-2 record after their 0-0 league Pilot Point (Pilot Point, TX).

The Chaparrals now have a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they host Bonham for a 4A Region 2 District 11 challenge on Wednesday, February 14. Aubrey will face a Warriors team coming off a 6-1 league loss to Panther Creek (Frisco, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 1-6.
