The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Dixie Hornets (Due West, SC) and the visiting Ware Shoals Hornets (Ware Shoals, SC), observed Dixie's basketball team overwhelm Ware Shoals by a score of 57-29.

In their next game, the Hornets battle the Calhoun Falls Charter Blue Flashes (Calhoun Falls, SC) in a A Region 1 challenge, on Wednesday, February 11. Ware Shoals will attempt to improve on its 9-14 season record. The Blue Flashes come into the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 82-35 league loss to Abbeville (Abbeville, SC).
