The Havelock Rams baseball team (Havelock, NC), was overwhelmed 4-0 in Tuesday's non-league outing with the host West Craven Eagles (Vanceboro, NC)
The Eagles now hold a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pamlico County for a non-league outing on Friday, March 4. West Craven will confront a Hurricanes team coming off a 22-5 non-league loss to New Bern (New Bern, NC). The Hurricanes record now stands at 0-2.
Next, the Rams confront the Croatan Cougars (Newport, NC) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, March 2. Havelock will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Cougars go into the outing with a 1-0 record after their 7-2 non-league win over Southwest Onslow (Jacksonville, NC).
