The Skipstone Academy Warriors got by the visiting Griffin Christian Crusaders baseball team by a count of 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Lafayette Christian for a GAPPS - II-A Region 3 bout on Saturday, March 5. Skipstone Academy will face a team coming off a 6-2 non-league win over Holy Ground Baptist Academy (Roopville, GA). The record now stands at 1-1.
Next, the Crusaders face the Trinity Christian Lions (Sharpsburg, GA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, March 3. Griffin Christian will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Lions enter the bout with a 3-6 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Tattnall Square Academy (Macon, GA).
