York Cougars (York, SC) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Union County Yellowjackets (Union, SC), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cougars confront the Lancaster Bruins (Lancaster, SC) in a challenge, on Tuesday, March 22. York will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record.
The Yellowjackets now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Landrum for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 3. Union County will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Broome (Spartanburg, SC). The Cardinals record now stands at 0-2.
