The North Brunswick Scorpions softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting East Columbus Gators to 7 in the Scorpions non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, North Brunswick improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Scorpions travel to Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC) to clash with the Cardinals in a non-league game on Wednesday, March 2. The Cardinals come into the game with a record of 0-0.

In their next game, the Gators clash with the North Brunswick Scorpions (Leland, NC) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 8. East Columbus will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
