With the triumph, Austin moves its record to 5-2 on the year. The Black Bears travel to Bob Jones (Madison, AL) to play the Patriots in a 7A Area 8 contest on Thursday, March 3. The Patriots come into the contest with a record of 2-2. Bob Jones won 13-0 in their recent league contest against James Clemens (Madison, AL)

In their next game, the Bearcats play the North Jackson Chiefs (Stevenson, AL) in a non-league contest, on Friday, March 4. Cullman will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Chiefs come into the contest with a 1-2 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Houston Academy (Dothan, AL).
