The Satellite Scorpions routed the visiting Gateway Panthers softball squad by a count of 15-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle.
The Scorpions (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Palm Bay (Melbourne, FL). The Pirates go into the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Palm Bay topped Melbourne Central Catholic (Melbourne, FL), 5-4, in a non-league battle.
The Panthers now sport a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Evans for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 3. Gateway will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 22-6 non-league win over Jones (Orlando, FL). The Trojans record now stands at 1-4.
