White River Valley Wolverines (Switz City, IN) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Dugger Union Bulldogs (Dugger, IN), 44-32 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, White River Valley upgrades its record to 7-17 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Bloomfield (Bloomfield, IN) to play the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Friday, March 3. The Cardinals come into the bout with a record of 22-3. Bloomfield won 65-52 in their recent non-league bout against Clay City (Clay City, IN)
