With the win, Mater Dei upgrades its record to 29-3 on the season. The Monarchs travel to Sierra Canyon (Chatsworth, CA) to clash with the Trailblazers in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 4. The Trailblazers go into the bout with a record of 30-0. Sierra Canyon won 70-57 in their recent non-league bout against Etiwanda (Etiwanda, CA)
