The Willow Spring Storm baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Harnett Central Trojans to 1 in the Storm non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Storm (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Cary (Cary, NC). The Imps go into the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Cary was overwhelmed by Heritage (Wake Forest, NC), 12-4, in a non-league match.
The Trojans (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC). The Patriots go into the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Pinecrest was overwhelmed by Terry Sanford (Fayetteville, NC), 9-3, in a non-league match.
