North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Mountain Island Charter can't get by Lincoln Charter

In Wednesday's non-league test, the visiting Lincoln Charter Eagles lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-8 victory over the Mountain Island Charter Raptor.

The Eagles now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Lincoln for a non-league test on Friday, March 3. Lincoln Charter will face a Knights squad coming off a 8-3 league loss to T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC). The Knights record now stands at 0-1.

In their next game, the Raptor face the Porter Ridge Pirates (Indian Trail, NC) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 3. Mountain Island Charter will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Pirates come into the test with a 1-0 record after their 14-11 non-league win over South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC).
