Georgia High School Lacrosse - Pope drops to Roswell

In Wednesday's non-league test, the host Roswell Hornets lacrosse squad scored a good 18-8 victory over the Pope Greyhounds.
The Hornets now have a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Lambert for a non-league test on Friday, March 3. Roswell will face a Longhorns squad coming off a 18-2 league win over Forsyth Central (Cumming, GA). The Longhorns record now stands at 5-1.
In their next game, the Greyhounds face the Riverwood Raiders (Sandy Springs, GA) in a 5A-6A Area 2 test, on Tuesday, March 7. Pope will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Raiders come into the test with a 4-3 record after their 9-8 non-league win over River Ridge (Woodstock, GA).
