North Carolina High School Lacrosse - South Brunswick drops to Topsail

In Wednesday's league test, the host Topsail Pirates lacrosse squad scored a good 18-2 victory over the South Brunswick Cougars.

The Pirates now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host East Chapel Hill for a non-league test on Friday, March 3. Topsail will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 17-10 non-league win over Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-0.

In their next game, the Cougars face the Carolina Forest Panthers (Myrtle Beach, SC) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 4. South Brunswick will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 4-1 record after their 9-4 non-league win over Waccamaw (Pawley's Island, SC).
