The Randleman Tigers softball team scored 3 runs and limited the visiting Asheboro Blue Comets to 2 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, Randleman improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Tigers travel to Southern Alamance (Graham, NC) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league game on Thursday, March 2. The Patriots come into the game with a record of 1-0. Southern Alamance won 21-2 in their recent league game against Jordan (Durham, NC)
In their next game, the Blue Comets clash with the Northern Guilford Nighthawks (Greensboro, NC) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 2. Asheboro will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Nighthawks come into the game with a 0-1 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to McMichael (Mayodan, NC).
