The Marist War Eagles baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the host South Cobb Eagles to 0 in the War Eagles league victory on Friday.
The War Eagles (6-1) will now prepare for their match against Mosley (Lynn Haven, FL). The Dolphins go into the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Mosley ran past Niceville (Niceville, FL), 9-3, in a league match.
The Eagles (2-5) will now prepare for their match against Riverwood (Sandy Springs, GA). The Raiders go into the 6A Area 4 match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Riverwood ran past Lakeside (Atlanta, GA), 6-2, in a league match.
