In Friday's non-league challenge, the Southwest EC Eagles (El Centro, CA) baseball squad edged the host Pahrump Valley Trojans (Pahrump, NV), by a final score of 1-0.

With the win, Southwest EC upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to River Valley (Mohave Valley, AZ) to battle the Dust Devils in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 2. The Dust Devils come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. River Valley won 7-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Pahrump Valley (Pahrump, NV)

With the defeat, Pahrump Valley falls to 1-3 on the season. The Trojans host River Valley (Mohave Valley, AZ) to battle the Dust Devils in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 1.
